Lillian Matthews, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Lillian Matthews, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner treating adults ages 18-64 years old. She has a BA in Psychology, BSN in Science Nursing, two Master Degrees in Nursing, and is dually certified in family medicine and psychiatry mental health. Lillian aims to establish a collaborative relationship with her patients through understanding their unique story, which considers their unique biological, psychological, and social factors. This understanding allows for the application of an individualized treatment approach through evidenced-based medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

Welcome to Zen Psychiatry, where we provide top-notch psychiatric treatment to adults aged 18-64 years old via telehealth. Our services include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy. We specialize in treating psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD/trauma, and insomnia. Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing.
